Terms of service
Last updated October 24, 2026
The short version
Guildmark helps trade businesses keep track of customers and jobs, send quotes, and get them signed. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
You own your business's information. We look after it, keep it private, and don't sell it.
Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.
The account owner is responsible for the people they add to their team and what those people do in the app. You can remove a team member at any time.
Your customers' information
You add your customers' names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes, photos and files. You confirm you're allowed to collect them and to contact those customers about their work.
When you send a quote, Guildmark emails your customer a private link on your behalf. Replies go to you.
Using the app fairly
Don't use Guildmark to send spam, to break the law, to upload anything you don't have the right to share, or to try to get into other businesses' information.
We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why where we can.
Prices and payments
The core app is free. When online payments are turned on, a processing fee applies to payments your customers make through Guildmark. It is shown to you before you turn payments on. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
If paid add-ons are offered later, their price is shown before you choose them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Guildmark running and your information safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything critical, such as signed quotes (you can download them as PDFs).
We may improve or change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
Leaving
You can stop using Guildmark at any time. Ask us and we'll delete your business's account and information, except what we must keep by law (for example, payment records).
Responsibility
The quotes, prices and work agreements you make with your customers are between you and them. Guildmark provides the software as-is and isn't a party to those agreements. As far as the law allows, Guildmark isn't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, from using Guildmark.
